Her classes are gentle, accessible, and suitable for everyone, including beginners and those practising for two.

In teaching, Claire strives for inclusivity, integrity, and authenticity. Classes are supportive, tailored to the individual, and respectful.

Restorative yoga is inherently restful, with deep emphasis on the breath. Props such as blankets and bolsters are used to ensure complete comfort and mindful presence. Restorative poses are held longer to encourage deep release and healing, and are accompanied by guided meditation and breath sequences. Body and soul are calmed and nurtured.

Slow Flow yoga classes offer a smooth, vinyasa-style sequence of movements linked to the rhythm of the inhale and exhale. Students are encouraged to tune in to their own body and intuition, and are guided to take variations inherently suited to their unique physical and emotional conditions.

Vinyasa yoga classes pair sequences with breath, building strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. Each class balances warming and cooling elements and culminates in a guided savasana.
